The Gobi and Gobi+ series consists of uncooled microbolometer cameras for scientific and engineering applications that require measurements with high accuracy. The Gobi camera series is capable of detecting temperature differences of less than 0.05 K.
The Gobi LWIR cameras operate in the 8-14 µm wavelength range. They use high-quality microbolometer detectors that are characterized by low noise and high sensitivity. The integrated electronics ensure high stability of the image information, making them suitable not only for standard applications but also for demanding R&D applications. The Gobi achieves a NETD of < 55 mK at a frame rate of 50 Hz while dir Gobi+ even allows a temperature resolution of <50 mK at a full frame rate of 60 Hz.
